Online sessions

On account of frequent questions both from all across the country and abroad, mainly from people who really need help but cannot reach my office I decided to start sessions online. I recommend such a solution when you cannot come to sessions personally. In this case the sessions will be conducted through Skype.

However, following conditions must be met:

1. Installed Skype programme.
2. Hands-free kit with microphone.
3. Laptop camera, which will grip your face and chest.
4. Comfortable place to sit or lie.
5. Be sure that no one will interrupt the session.
6. If you have an animal, close the door to your room.
