Addictions, habits, smoking cessation

One’s habits, addictions or customs are automatically learned ways of behaviour. Those ways of behaviour include biting one’s nails, sucking one’s thumb, bruxizm (grinding one’s teeth), postponing matters, nervous twitches, eating disorders (stuffing oneself, anorexia, bulimia nervosa), uncontrolled consumption of alcohol, smoking cigarettes or marijuana.

How to quickly and easily quit smoking?

All smokers want to quit smoking at some point. I smoked for 15 years and I am fully aware what quitting smoking means and how difficult can it be. I also know how wonderful is to be a free non-smoker. I quit smoking effectively in 2006. Every day I can feel the advantages of being a non-smoker and I could not imagine coming back to the addiction. My personal experience only reinforces me to help others in changing their lives for better. If you have already tried other methods and they did not work do not lose hope!

I often hear that in spite of the fact that somebody tried all possible methods and ‘aids’ he or she cannot quit smoking. With great pleasure I observe that people who were not able to quit smoking, after a hypnotic session contact me and thank me for help, even after years.

It is worth conducting the hypnotic session to get rid of the addiction but do not think I will do that for you. My task is to help and ease this process for you. Wish to quit the addiction is essential here. Thanks to the session quitting smoking can be so much easier. Nearly always the effect is visible after one session. The cost of the session is calculated as an equivalent of number of cigarettes smoked during few weeks. If you smoke you can treat the session as one of the best investments of your life. Not only you gain health, better physical and mental state, overcome your weakness but also save money everyday until the rest of your life. Isn’t that great news?

If you only want, it is possible to divide the process into two or three sessions, however, the sessions preceding quitting smoking are paid as usual, standard sessions (we quit during the last session). It happens repeatedly that after one session people call to tell me that they quit smoking, however, I recommend to come for the last session to dot the i’s and cross the t’s.

Hypnotherapy can help to get rid of almost every undesired habit or help in creating a new desired one. One’s habits/customs are automatic because they are grounded in one’s subconsciousness. That is why it is so difficult to change it by one’s aware mind. Sometimes it is possible to get rid of unwanted habit but only for a sometime, then one comes back to it. The reason is clear, one did not manage to change the basic record in his or her subconsciousness, that is why it comes back in the same or similar shape. It is much easier to contact the conscious mind that is why convincing the conscious mind to change is simple. Complications appear when one wants to convince the subconscious mind.

This is where the hypnosis comes with aid as it helps to contact directly with subconsciousness. It is sufficient to convince the subconsciousness that smoking, drinking alcohol, lack of motivation or regularity do one no good. It is worth getting rid of the habits or changing them into new better ones which will improve one’s life.
